PEF-UK operates for public benefit with transparent governance, responsible stewardship, and a commitment to ethical leadership in every aspect of its work.
PEF-UK supports talented students who cannot afford university tuition, enabling them to build professional careers that benefit their families and communities. If dissolved, remaining funds will be transferred to a registered charity with similar objectives.
PEF-UK is governed by five Trustees, with major decisions made by majority vote. Trustees manage the foundation’s assets in accordance with its Constitution and the Charities Act 2011, receive no remuneration, and most are regular donors.
PEF-UK and its Board of Trustees meet required standards of integrity and good governance. No Trustee or policymaker has been convicted of any offence affecting their suitability to serve.
